Patch first what attackers are already using
Thousands of new vulnerabilities are published every year. Only a small share is ever exploited in real attacks. OZAG Security shows you which ones those are, on your own systems.
Vulnerability management
A vulnerability scanner can easily return hundreds of findings. Sorting them by CVSS score alone means you spend your week on “critical” issues nobody is attacking, while an older, “high” vulnerability on your VPN gateway is being exploited by ransomware groups right now.
- Vulnerabilities per asset, with the CVE code, CVSS score, affected product and the recommended fix.
- Every CVE is checked against the CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities (KEV) catalogue and clearly flagged when it is actively exploited.
- An asset risk ranking that combines exposure, business criticality, open detections and unpatched CVEs.
- A public, daily-updated Threat watch page with every vulnerability confirmed as exploited in the last six months.
- Known-exploited CVEs weigh heavily in your posture score, so fixing them visibly moves the needle.
- What is the CISA KEV catalogue?
- A public list maintained by the US Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency of vulnerabilities with reliable evidence of active exploitation. It is one of the most useful signals for deciding what to patch first.
- Is CVSS not enough?
- CVSS describes how severe a vulnerability could be, not whether anyone is using it. Combining CVSS with “actively exploited” and the importance of the affected system gives a much better priority.
- Does OZAG Security scan my internal network?
- No. External checks only run against assets you have registered, with guards against probing internal networks. Internal findings can be sent in from your own scanner through the API.
